  5. I was "owned" by a 1260 a few years ago ... but found her a new home when I got a Bernina 163. The 1260 is the QUEEN of quilting machines and I have no doubt you will love, love, love her. Good for you ~ ENJOY!!

  8. You are going to love this machine! I've had mine since I bought her on 9/19/1994 for $3300.00 and she is my pride and joy. She runs as beautifully today as she did when I took her out of her box and I've used her at least 20 hours per week since day one. Enjoy!!!!

  11. How exciting! I have had my 1260 since I bought the floor model in 1998! I love, love, love her and she is now my FMQ machine since I am using vintage machines for straight stitich. She also has great deco stitches. Have fun.

  15. I love love love both of my Berninas but feeling your excitement makes me want to buy another. No need though, both machines run beautifully. I bought my first one in 1993 and call her the "Queen". She runs and runs and runs. The 2nd machine "the little sister" is smaller machine so she goes on the road with me.
