What I've been working on

I have wanted to make this quilt after I saw my friend Pat's quilt last fall. It's a simple 25-patch out of 2-1/2" strips, simple dark/light fabrics.
I kept making more blocks! I was having so much fun that I lost track of how many blocks each row should have!!
I hope to have it all assembled by Monday.

  1. Beautiful quilt. I love the graphic appeal. I used 2" strips for mine so that I could do one block out of each strip. It uses almost the whole 40"

  2. Absolutely great! I love this kind of sobre but not boring quilt, with light and medium dark blocks. The stripes are as well a very good choice. Bravo!
