I am "label challenged"!! and a GIVEAWAY!!

I think labels are a great idea for the back of a quilt.  I've known some quilters who do the most amazing labels.  Me?  I do the most basic thing because I struggle with how to do it.

So, here's a challenge for you:
Send me pictures of labels you like, whether you made them or not.  I'll try to post pictures of them this week.
I'll pick a winner or two and send you out a FQ or two!! Let's do this by Thursday, okay??

I'm looking for some great ideas and suggestions.

I'm lucky enough to live in California where we have been enjoying 70* days, allowing me to hang my sheets on the line to dry!

A little bragging time for Nana

If it's Friday, it is Nana Day! I was feeding Emma this morning and thought she looked adorable. Ryan and I have been going to the same breakfast place in SF for a long time, every week. This is what makes life so wonderful! I am blessed!!

I bought this last summer at the Sisters Quilt Show as part of their fundraising efforts. I love it!!

GIVEAWAY

I know it's been too long since I've posted and I'm sorry. I've done a lot of babysitting and then my mom got sick -- I am hoping to be more diligent about my blog posts.

I've been wanting to giveaway something.  I was a pattern tester for Quiltmaker last year.  I also made a quilt for them, although I can't say I'm overly excited about it.  Anyway it was published in their last issue of 100 Blocks.  But, what am I giving away?
