I'm lucky enough to be going to Quilt Market this year with my dear Wisconsin friends Pat, Debbie and DarLynn (she's really from Illinois but we love her nonetheless)! We started out with a fabulous barbecue dinner in an old train station.
Today the fun starts- we are quilt shopping all over Kansas City!
What fun you will have!!

ReplyDeleteBe sure and go to Quilters Station in Lee's Summit, MO and Quilter's Haven in Olathe, KS. If you're in for a little side trip (60 or so miles)head north to Hamilton and Missouri Quilt Company. Three of my favorite shops in the KC area.
ReplyDeleteHow lucky for you to get to go to the Quilt Market. I live in the area and it's killing me I can't gain access! Yesterday we toured the quilt exhibit at the KC Star Pavilion (open to public) - beautiful quilts - all made by quilt designers. Looking forward to your pictures.....
ReplyDeleteOh, to live such a charmed life! : )
ReplyDeleteI was in Kansas city too. I probably walked by you at some point. Shoot wish I had known you were there, would have tried to meet up for a minute and say hi.
