I've been thinking about this for a while and I've decided that I'm going to do a winter sew-a-long!!
Nothing complicated or lengthy.
I'm going to show everyone how to do that Bullseye quilt/blocks.
So, get ready.
Are you ready to play along? It'll be either two or three installments, VERY quick and a great way to use up scraps.
Who wants to join in??
I'm thinking it'll start this Friday, Jan. 17th.
Stay tuned!!
Randy
Unfortunately, bad timing for me. Gifts to complete with fast approaching deadlines, and there isn't a lot of sewing time in my schedule right now. I will watch with interest. : )
ReplyDeleteI will be cheering you on as I work on my mountain of UFOs.
ReplyDeleteI think I'll join in at least enough to get something started and learn how to do it - then it can become a UFO for next year or the year after that. I do love that quilt! But I'm in the middle of starting 2 quilts to gift in June and July, plus lots of UFOs. Am I nuts, or what?
ReplyDeleteI'm ready!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea Randy!! How fun!!
ReplyDeleteOooohhh, I have been collecting creams for the background for a Bullseye quilt! I'm excited!
ReplyDeleteI'm in ... involved in other things but you said this one would be short & sweet so sign me up! BTW ... thank you for the pattern I won ... received in the mail on Saturday and it's great!! Linda
ReplyDeleteI am so excited. I put mine away after I cut a bunch ofcircles because I wasn't sure aboutthe fabrics I chose. I will at least be able to get started.
ReplyDeleteNice idea, I made one of these with a group years ago, but I have no idea how it was done.....geese isn't old age great? Everything old is new again :0)
ReplyDeleteHappy Sewing
Perfect! I have so many UFOs and everyone seems to be on the Finish It! bandwagon. But I do want something new. I'm in!
ReplyDeleteYea! I've been wanting to make one of these for a long time.
