I brought a kit along to Wisconsin to work on this week, and I am excited to have finished it! Can you find the block that's sideways??
It's from the book Civil War Legacies II by Carol Hopkins. It went together very quickly-- basically a puss in the corner block with a quarter square triangle block. The blocks finish at 3".... The entire top is approx 27 x 32"
Wow! I was so surprised to read the measurement as I was sure it was a big(ger) quilt. It is so lovely and that sideways block only makes it even more adorable.
Ya, but It's centered so who cares? You worked on this while you had Bonnie with you in Oregon. Looks good, You have to decide whether or not you will fix the Boo boo.
A wonderful quilt! I love your fabric choices for this one! It took me two good looks before I found the block that was turned. A charming little oops!
You know I'm going to love a little quilt in CW prints. This is great, Randy. : )
ReplyDeleteI love that book, but haven't actually made anything from it yet.

ReplyDeleteI took me looking at each row twice before I saw it!
