Wisteria in bloom and LABELS

Aside from being a great quilter, my friend Claire is a fabulous gardener. She and her husband are awesome! They have a beautiful yard which they are constantly working on.  They planted some beautiful wisteria vines many years ago and they are blooming now.  Here are what some of her plants look like:

On another note, I have been stumped trying to figure out how to make it easier for everyone to find prior posts with Sow-A-Long instructions.  I am blog-challenged!  My dear friend Lori suggested that I do labels to make it easier for everyone. SOOOO, I have added labels to all the blog posts that have instructions for the blocks I've posted thus far. They are all under "SOW-A-LONG".

Hope everyone had a great weekend and that the week is looking good for you.  Guess who we get over next weekend??? Darling Grandson Ryan!!! YEAH!!!

Love to you all,
Randy
ps: Bonus Block coming on Wednesday. Keep checking back!!!

  2. Beautiful Wisteria. Can you add the links to a 'page' on Blogspot? I have put pages on my blog to keep track of my UFO's. The pages are under the Posts listed on the left of your DESIGN page on Blogspot. Try it, it might work.

  5. I've been fortunate to see wisteria in person--in Germany last spring. Though they were as exotic and wonderful as these photos suggest, these are obviously spectacular. Wow!
Great plan on the "sow-a-long" tag or label. I have some serious catching up to do.

  6. Gorgeous garden! I'd just want to sit and absorb the beauty! : )
I haven't started the last batch of blocks--and there is another one coming? I've got my work cut out for me--well, not really. I haven't cut out any of them yet, but you know what I mean.

  7. I too am blog challenged.

I like the plan of labeling, but how do you search for labels?
The listing on the side is by the title you give each posting,
    not aby the label?

  8. Madakamom, do you see the blue Labels:Sow-A-Long below this post? It is on the left right below Posted By Randy D. You just click on that and all the posts that are labeled Sow-A-Long will appear! I hope that is clear.

  9. Your friends' wisteria sure is beautiful! It makes me think of a Claude Monet painting.

  10. I was caught up but have fallen behind because I sowed grand baby #4 quilt. Now to get it quilted before July! Blog challenged! It would probably help if I posted more often! Thanks for not making me prove I'm not a robot.

  12. The Wisteria is so pretty. When we lived in South Carolina, I saw so much of them and wanted some growing in our yard. I was cautioned that they take over everything and that I should think long and hard about planting any.
