Lots to recap


We had Emma and Ryan with us for a wonderful week up in Sunriver.  It was great fun!! I did find a small quilt show during naps one day and saw some fun quilts!!


I loved all the flying geese!!

You know I'm partial to barn quilts!!

This was so clever!

More my style

Then there was a silent auction item with NO bids! It was a Singer Rocketeer which I won with a $70 bid!! Woohoo!! I felt like I got a good deal and it was for the guild's funds. I picked it up yesterday and was pleased that it sounds great! Now to figure out how to use it!! 


Next up will be pictures from my retreat in Wisconsin last week!

    Looks like a beautiful day for a quilt show! Love the name of the sewing machine. It looks a little like a rocket.:)

    How fun--looks like a great little show. I especially love the quilt of barns with barn quilts (tee hee), and the antique quilt Lucky you to get that machine. Hope it purrs like a kitten! : )

    Nice quilt show! Loving that Little House of Geese pattern--I put my new to me Singer 301A away for a while--just cannot get used to that foot pedal and not able to get the stitching even on both sides...but perhaps some cold Winter afternoon she will come out and play...hugs, Julierose
