Quilt show pictures, part I

I recently went to the best quilt show I've seen in a while. I took loads of pictures which I've been wanting to blog-- been babysitting the darlings a lot so haven't had a chance u til now. Here are some of my favorites!!

I'm think the most impressive part of the show was the absolutely incredible machine quilting throughout :

This is the BACK of the quilt! Her design was on vith front and back!

  3. incredible I agree with you the machine quilting is becoming such an art form. I enjoy looking at all the quilting too. Adds so much texture and interest to quilts in mho.
    thanks for taking the time to share, always love seeing a quilt show in my sewing room from all over the country. Fun to see what others are making

  6. That first quilt is unbelievable. I wonder what inspired that?
    I recognize the sunbonnet girl quilt from the Salt Lake Home Machine Quilting Show. Clever concept, I thought.
    There is some pretty incredible stuff here!
    But the last photo is the best!

  8. That first quilt is amazing and that Sunbonnet Sue quilt has to be one of the most unique interpretations of that block that I have ever seen!
