Today's project

Back in 2002 I went to the Houston show and took a picture of a quilt that I loved. I'd only sewn a little bit of it until this week when I got motivated.  Here are two of the blocks. There are pink/brown blocks alternating. I love these colors together. The quilt should have sashing in between the blocks and I think there will be 12 or 15 blocks in total.  The blocks are 3"finished, by the way.

    I keep intending to make a pink and brown quilt--and I have the box of fabrics and pattern to prove it. But I think I like your project even better. This will be a beauty. Will watch the progress with interest! : )
