The place we stayed at last weekend near Green Bay had such an amazing collection of quilts, both on the walls and the beds. They were all so inspiring!!
Not sure which is my favorite!! What do you like best??
Here are some of our group:
This is a picture of the whole gang!
I'm hiding in the back! You can see just my sunglasses!! I didn't think there was room in the front. Oh well. It was a great group of women from Georgia, Illinois, Wisconsin and my California self!
What fun! I could never choose a favorite, I love them all! How did you get any work done with all that inspiration around?ReplyDelete
I see you weren't the only one hiding in the back. Beauty all around that place! I love when the retreat place has "real" Quilts on the beds.ReplyDelete
I see you behind the yellow jacket !ReplyDelete
I can't chose a favourite, they are all awesome !
Thanks for sharing !
You hid really well! : )ReplyDelete
I lost my heart to the first quilt, though many of the others caused it to flutter, as well. Looks like an amazing place for a retreat.
All beautiful quilts--what wonderful eye candy--my favorite is that log cabin..those red centers just pop...thanks for the show...hugs, JulieroseReplyDelete
Wow, that's a lot of inspiration and eye candy. What fun!ReplyDelete
Glad you had a nice time; I spotted you right away in the back, your little head and glasses ... LOL. Quilts are ALL beautiful ... don't think I could pick just one. The "problem" with "eye candy treats" of quilts is that you immediately want to start making a number of them which is how I wind up with so many UFOs! LOL Thanks for sharing! LindaReplyDelete
Next time I want to get packed up to come along.ReplyDelete
Looks like you had fun and even got a chance to get something completed.
Luv the "quilts" maybe feather star or log cabin are my faves!
The quilts are amazing. I love the homey color combinations. Seeing them made me feel like I was 12 yrs. old again and back at my grandmother's home.ReplyDelete
You truly were surrounded by quilts! And wonderful quilts too! I can't pick a favorite, but I did like the sunflower wall hanging.ReplyDelete
wowzer what fabulous quilts - thanks for sharing them!ReplyDelete
